Apply for the pilot

Fill out the short form below. We're looking for companies that handle repetitive support queries and are ready to collaborate closely with us. We review all applications within 48 hours.

Onboard with the founders

Once accepted, we'll meet with you to understand your support setup, connect your systems, choose your starting plan, and build your first automation playbooks together. Most partners go live within 2-4 weeks.

Test, learn, and grow

You'll move through a guided sandbox environment where Hay learns your knowledge base and support materials. We'll monitor your resolution volume together and optimize your plan as you go. Once validated, we'll help you go live — safely, confidently, and fast.

Stay connected

Join our pilot Slack workspace for ongoing support, direct access to our product team, and input on our roadmap. When Hay opens publicly, you'll keep your 50% discount and priority support forever.
